End-User License Agreement for Rasmussens Design Action software.

Important - read carefully.

This Rasmussens Design End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Rasmussens Design for the Rasmussens Design software, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, "software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy or otherwise use the software.

Software license
The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The software is licensed, not sold.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, Rasmussens Design. does not grant permission to distribute the software for profit in any form, including but not limited to, electronic information service distribution, bulletin board distribution, and magnetic or optical medium distribution.
Rasmussens Design is not responsible for any damage to the purchaser's computer system or data and in no event will Rasmussens Design, its officers, directors, employees or agents be responsible to the purchaser for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the Rasmussens Design product, even if Rasmussens Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states (US) do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Grant of license.
This EULA grants you the following limited, non-exclusive rights: installation and use. You may install, reproduce and use, only on your premises, a single copy of the software your computer. You may also make a copy of the software for backup and archival purposes.
Solely with respect to any electronic documents included with the software, you may make two (2) copies (either hardcopy or electronic form), provided that (a) such copies shall only be used for internal purposes and solely in support of your authorized use of the software, and (b) are not published or distributed to any third party. Rasmussens Design and its suppliers retain title and allownership rights to the software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Rasmussens Design.

Description of other rights and limitations.
Limitations on reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly. you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation prerelease code, noncommercial use. Rasmussens Design may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. upon termination of this EULA for any reason, you must destroy all copies of the software and all of its component parts. You may permanently transfer the software and accompanying written materials on a permanent basis, provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
Rental.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the software.

Support services.
Rasmussens Design is not obligated to provide technical or other support ("support services") for the software. If Rasmussens Design should provide you with support services, use of such support services is governed by the Rasmussens Design. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the support services shall be considered part of the software and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. With respect to technical information you provide to Rasmussens Design as part of the support services, Rasmussens Design may use such information for its business purposes, including for product support and development. Rasmussens Design will not utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies you.

Intellectual property rights.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animation's, video, audio, music, text and "applets" incorporated into the software), and any copies you are permitted to make herein are owned by Rasmussens Design or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the software is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Rasmussens Design.
